I have ordered karahi paneer but Shashi paneer has been delivered. Which is good in taste but disappointing

They have no idea how to prepare chicken fried rice, it had big chunks of hard chicken pieces with bad taste
chowmein was extremely spicy and killing any other flavour (if there was any)
Papdi chaat was just papdi pieces covered with chutney and thick yogurt. At any decent restaurant a chaat would have runny yogurt, chickpeas and some other topping along with papdi
Disappointed!

Chicken Biryani was goodbut a bit sour. this was oovercome by the large quantity and fresh ingrediets.
