• 11/17/24Cheba Hut DOESN'T MISS!! BEST SUBS IN SATX!! Bomb (Meatball) and Sticky Icky (PB&J) both 10/10! The Kool Aid was cold, perfectly balanced, and paired great with the food.

• 6/28/26I used to work at Cheba Hut for many years in New Mexico eventually becoming the GM. It was the time of my life. Unfortunately my food was substandard at best. Paying forty dollars for 2 nug size sandwiches is not my idea of fair.... especially when they taste no bueno. My subs were hardly toasted at all and saturated with ranch and chipotle mayo making them very soggy. They didn't have any of the Cheba cllassic herbs on them and the pickles weren't done in the traditional cheba hut way, which is what makes the sandwich in my opinion. Overall, I'm VERY disappointed And sad to see a franchise that I once loved so much continue to go DOWN HILL @ all the locations I have visited in the recent past. I would Urge corporate and Scott Jennings to take action and start implementing more cooperate inspections to see two it that The Cheba Hut Brand is being preserved and not lost along the way.

• 9/17/25this is the 2nd time i have gotten this sandwhich and it's so delicious! Best sub I've ever had! And they make it exactly how you request. It even comes wrapped in foil to keep it hot or cold if you order a cold sandwich. highly recommend.
