• 7/10/23The burgers didn't have much flavor all the taste came from the condiments. And when sizing up to a medium I got double fry's so I paid for 2 small and 2 medium when I only wanted 2 medium. And the fry's were so hard. I mean if you like them super crunchy they are great however I like mine crunchy but these were too hard. But the chicken bit things were really good!

• 12/28/25Everything tasted old, like the day before food that was re-warmed. The burgers edges were hard and dried out. The fries were soggy. It was opening time so I thought it would at least be fresh and edible. Very disappointed to spend so much money for poor quality.

• 5/18/26I tried the new Bacon Sourdough Clucker combo tonight and honestly the sandwich itself had potential. The sourdough was toasted nicely, the cheese melted perfectly, and the bacon was good. The problem was the amount of mayonnaise. It was completely overloaded to the point that all I could taste was mayo. I had to completely take the sandwich apart just to eat it, and ended up giving the bread away because it was soaked in mayonnaise.
I actually like mayo in moderation, but this was way beyond normal and completely ruined the sandwich. The grilled chicken itself was okay, but the amount of sauce overpowered everything else.
