• 9/13/26I ordered burger no cheese no lettuce extra pickles. I got wilted stringy lettuce and just 2 pickles which I think I was charged extra for the normal 2 pickles. Meat was dry and hard. Nothing about the sandwich was fresh. I took two bites and quit after looking under the bun.

• 6/27/24Burger was supposed to come with 3 patties, it came with two. XL fries is supposed to be full to the top, but not only did they arrive half full and a napkin shoved in halfway, but they were soggy, uncrisp and stale.

• 8/10/25Half-Pound* Chicken Bites and Fries wasn't fresh and wasn't full. Might as well have ordered the regular size. Funnel Cake Fries was fresh and delicious however it had little to none powdered sugar on it.
