My Famous Seasoned Fries and Fry-Seasoned Monsterella Stix were all cold and tasted like old oil. I was missing 3 out of four of my burgers, and my drink was wrong as well. I also didnt get my chicken tenders.

The chili on the Cheese Chili Cheese Fries®was burnt and crusty, as well as the bag was so small when I pulled the Cheese Chili Cheese Fries®out the bag, its container opened up and fell inside the bag forcing me to dump my Cheese Chili Cheese Fries®out of the bag and back into its container. And they didn't even send a fork to eat them.

didn't receive the honey mustard dip. the chicken sandwich was freash and hot, Apple Pie was good and warm,the only reason for 4 stars is the missing honey mustard dip, which was paid for. would order again hopeflly i will receive the honey mustard.

The tomato "slices" were 3 inches thick, I even paid extra for one on my spicy chicken which I just threw away, needless to say I'm not happy at all.
