The Create Your Own Ramen is by far the best ramen I've ever had. It's seriously delicious with fresh high quality ingredients for a wholesome, good value overall. This is the first time I've finished my soup EVER and that included the delicious spicy umami broth and it's summer time so that says a lot.The noodles are literal fire and I like all the options they offer including udon which you don't always see. So happy this is down the street and thank you for some delicious and authentic savory flavors. I need this in my life at least once a week.

I was really impressed with the quality of everything we ordered. Quite possibly the best Crab Rangoons // 芝 (4pc) around and we've ordered them from everywhere. Perfectly cooked, perfectly stuffed. Great amount of filling. Spicy Gochujang Noodles // 韩国炒面 (v) 🔥 10 out of 10. Crunchy California bowl wa sooo good. Wish we had tred them sooner now we know!

the honey dew drink was like the nectar of the gods, and the lid is adorable. The bowl was fresh and I'm not talking this taste like ok grass fresh. I mean I could actually taste the crisp of the vegetables and the fish was 🤌🏽

Definitely ordering again. Noodles were delicious, just the right texture, egg was wonderful. The broth is savory and just salty enough. Fresh and delicious. Also a nice big serving size! YUM

So far, Chi Fan has seen me about once a week. I'm mad addicted. Their food is served fresh, and I literally have no complaints. Their poke bowls are off the chain and I like that they dont mix their sauces in like other poke places do; they just top the food with it. Honestly 10/10 ramen and poke,especially the shrimp aloha with spicy mayo and 1/2 rice 1/2 greens. The Chicken Ramen // 鸡肉拉面 was also a huge hit. If they open more locations (maybe in Troy) It would be cool. I recommend!
