The bad reviews I saw was from 5 years ago it's now 2026 and everything about CHIK-FIL-A is great!

my large fries were not even half way filled a d then were smushed with my condiments so that was great, i ordered 12 nuggets only got 10 so yeah that was great too... my pepper jack cheese was pretty gross looks like it had been sitting out for a good while before it was put on my sandwhich.... and my chicken patty barely made it on my bun very disappointed

I didn't like the way my food was handled , and the lemonade just had way too much pulp in it and had no ice in drink.. I wouldn't recommend anybody to order from here because they didn't handle with care .

The 10 piece strips were better than the 4 strip order! I will order this more often.
I use Chick-Fil-A sauce on a lot of things! Hamburger, fish French fries.

Food was fine-what we received.
Our chips were missing. Our honey was missing (no big deal except it was the only sauce we had for my chicken nuggets).
Our kids didn't get toys either.
Overall, not a fun experience for us. And expensive.
