Chicken tortilla soup was way, way too spicy. Paid over $5.00 and could only eat half. You shouldn't assume everyone likes it spicy hot. instead, let each customer add their own heat. What a shame because the soup actually could have been a huge success. I sincerely hope you reconsider the way you prepare this new item.

The new Honey Pepper Pimento Sandwich w/ Chick-fil-A® Filet tastes good, but is a bad combination.
The pimento cheese melts and ends up in the bottom of the box.
It's extremely messy trying to eat it.
Will go back to getting the spicy chicken sandwich.

You just cannot get any better than Chick-fil-A. The kindness, service, quickness all is one is the tops. Food is very tasty. I can say I have never had any problems with them. Thanks Chick-fil-A you are the best. Keep up the good work.

For the first time ever I was disappointed with the quality of my food. The Spicy Chicken Biscuit was doughy and the size of the fillet was tiny.
