• 6/17/22The salads were very fresh and the grilled chicken was tender and juicy, but they forgot to send the avocado cilantro lime dressing and toppings with the southwest salad. Thankfully I had ranch dressing at the house, but it would've been a lot better with the toppings and the other dressing. I also ordered chicken nuggets and a fruit cup for my daughter, which wasn't in the bag, so she was disappointed. In addition, I ordered two regular sized milkshakes for my husband and I to split with the kids, and we ended up getting two small milkshakes, so we just gave those to the kids. Chick-fil-a usually does an excellent job, so I'm not sure what happened, but hopefully they'll get things right next time.

• 4/12/26The family meal came with about 20 nuggets... for the price it makes no sense. Just order two regular meals, you'll save money overall.

• 6/8/23I usually love this salad, but for some reason this time, most of the lettuce was wilted and turning brown, they put hardly any corn or black beans on there, the chicken looked like it had been chewed up, and the tomatoes were mushy. I tried a few bites, but unfortunately, I ended up throwing it out because it didn't taste fresh, and I was afraid that I might get sick.

• 3/9/24I've noticed lately I've been getting a lot less fries when I go to Chick Fil A restaurants. To the point that the large fry contains about as much as the medium holds. At first I assumed some spilled out into the bag, but none had. I poured them out and I had also gotten a lot of burnt ends and small pieces, so it was a little dissaponting. These things happen, it's no big deal but please just try and fill the container like you used to. Besides that everything is good :)
