Grilled nuggets were rubbery and had a lot of large pieces (as opposed to bite sized). The container itself had so much black "grilled" stuff in it that it looked like an ashtray. I couldn't eat more than 2 or3 pieces.
This is the only time I've gotten bad food from them.

They must have listened. The grilled chicken was extremely small and I was very surprised today when they were just as big as the fried ones. Tasty. If they are going to stay this way I will order again. Biscuit was warm and delicious

Chick-fil-A never fails to provide great food and stellar service. Safel and neatly packed with ample sauces, napkins and breakfast ware. The Hash Brown Scramble Burrito Meal was exceptional, the Hash Browns were cooked just right, Chick-fil-A® Nuggets, Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Minis™, and Chick-fil-A® Chicken Biscuit were spot on! Excellent start for a good day! Congratulations Chick-fil-A you're superstars!

The nuggets tasted dry like they had been sitting under heat lamp for hours. I ordered 8 got 6 the rest was hard crumbs. The chicken sandwich was ok The food has not been good the last 2 times I have ordered at this time around 3. What's up chuck-fil I have all ways loved the food for me and my family
