My hushpuppies were burnt and could not be eaten. I bought a family order and they all were extremely burnt. Three of the 4 chicken strips were dry and couldn't be eaten. I had special instructions for no white gravy and it was included on my mash potatoes. I also asked for no ice in my drink and I received ice.

I ordered the 4 piece chicken tender combo. The tenders were old tasting and very tough. The rolls were not fresh. For the money I pay through DoorDash, I'll never order here again.

Everything is always correct and delicious from Chicken Express. Everything is always fresh. Definitely ordering again.

As usual, Chicken Express forgot another item in the order. Didn't receive fries as ordered. The College Street location seems to make this a regular occurrence. There's always something missing. I'm just grateful for the friendly Doordashers. Chicken was wonderful! I just wish they would get the orders correct before the Dasher arrives.
