The chicken was fresh and arrived hot. The fries were really good and crispy and the roll was also fresh. Best part...they actually put all the condiments in the bag like we ordered! 5/5 stars!

The food was good, the potatoes are really good for fast food. 3 Pieces (Your Choice) Mixed Chicken Dinner you actually get to pick the peices. Although, they did forget to pack my Tartar sauce for my 2 Pieces Fish Dinner and that was $0.75. Ugh. It's real good with hot sauce or jalapeños too! The Kids' Meal comes with a nice size drink.

Chicken was not fresh and I asked for all dark meat and they still gave me mixed chicken. Fries were not completely done. Gizzards weren't fresh and very salty. I just wasted my money. Should have went somewhere else.

Chicken and okra not fresh and hard. Rolls not fresh. Gizzards ok. Didn't get 1 Jalapeño. Only thing good was the Arnold Palmer. I'm really disappointed. This is the reason why I stopped going to ChickenExpress!

There were several mistakes on my order tonight. I share my tenders with my 5yo grandson, so the strips are supposed to include one not spicy, the rest spicy. They were all spicy, he couldn't eat them. I requested crispy okra. However, it was so overcooked that there was no okra left inside the crust. They were not edible. I also requested extra gravy for dipping and did not receive any. This isn't my typical experience with this restaurant, and we eat her several times a week, but this time was very disappointing.
