This is my favorite place for Chinese food. Everything is so good. I love the egg drop S1. Egg Drop Soup and the S3. Wonton Soup . In my opinion, it's the best around. Also I got the A2. Vegetable Egg Rolls(2) (fried spring rolls)
They are crispy and delicious. I didn't get them this time but the chicken egg rolls are delicious and crispy.

First time, so this is a snapshot. Greeting prompt(5.00 pm Thursday, so it was quiet). Young waiter knowledgeable and professional while comfortably casual. Excellent Selection on menu, though Mapo tofu not available( don't see these on many Chinese menus). Small selection of soda and iced tea, but all cool. Nice ambiance, funny TV show. Clean. Food Hot(Temperature). We asked for spicy; we got it more than expected. Shrimp Mei Fun thin rice noodles. Orange Chicken and Spicy Triple Delight very seasoned and flavorful. Tucked away in Katy, so probably mostly local traffic and off the main drags. Definitely worth the stop. 4.5 Star Overall.
