The burrito had no sour cream or cheese. The burrito bowl arrived with just carnitas in it. No lettuce, no rice, nothing. Just a scoop of carnitas with juices that leaked out the side of the bowl. Terrible.

wherever this store was man the eexperience was mid. bak when I worked at Chipotle my bowls were always bussin. weak portions of meat. they completely omitted the steak on 1 of my salads. I was billed for double meat but didn't receive the goods.

I'm always skimped out on my portions whenever I order online. I'll get the bare minimum of food for 30$

Usually when I go in person it's great but this time the rice was hard and the portions weren't as good overall it's not as good as it is when u get it in person.

DO NOT ORDER THE CHIPS. I order here all the time and the burritos are usually good, maybe even batting a higher average on burrito quality than other locations. But, the chips are never salted nor limed. the last 4 orders in a row, zero seasoning on the chips. I do not mean lightly seasoned, I mean I counted the salt grains in the last bag and i saw 2 grains. it shouldn't be legal to sell lime chips that almost never have any hint of lime flavoring. they can't keep getting away with this
