Burrito Bowl was paid for with guacamole. I also got a Side of Guacamole . bowl did not come correctly with guac. I'm not ordered chipotle again because they never make the food correctly. it also had like 3 pieces of lettuce on it....
guac on a bowl isn't cheap!!

Pulled up in drive thru. Employees saw me and walked away. Waited roughly 4-5 minutes to be acknowledged by the employee who was standing by the window. I asked if I could pick up order at window. He stated I needed to go in, which was totally fine, but also how difficult would it have been to grab the bag that was 8 feet away from him? I went in, was not greeted at all, instead I was stared at, grabbed food. Bowl had food leaking out of it, as it was not closed properly and container was slightly smashed. Guac was all over the top of container. (I wish I would have taken a picture). Steak was chewy, fatty, definitely not fresh and sitting for a while. Hoping for a better experience down the line.

I just had the smallest burrito I've ever seen delivered to my house. The amount of ingredients in this thing feels, generously, like I asked for half of all ingredients at full price.
What a ripoff.
