The bowl was much smaller than expected and appeared under-portioned despite being $14.50. The ingredients also did not taste fresh, particularly the rice and vegetables which was the entire meal since I am fresh out of the hospital for gastric issues. I’m really disappointed with the quality and portion size of this order and would appreciate a refund or credit.

I ordered two bowls. Both the same with the exception of beans on one. Portions were drastically different. Both bowls ordered chips with a side extra at an additional charge. The side portion was a soufflé cup. Cost additional $6.75. Total order price was $79. Definitely no value. Definitely will try another Mexican restaurant instead.

So very disappointing and the service, the amount of food that they give you for what you purchase, which is less than, and the blandest chipotle that I've experienced in the country so far.

Our servings were twice the price for LESS than half of what we used to get. Very little rice, a couple pieces of meat, no toppings except my entire side of Side Guacamolemole which was ordered as a single item COVERING my entire half filled bowl!

Chipotle killing it every time . Always get the queso and chips and a Burrito Bowl omg it sooo fresh and good !
