A few times recently the food hasn’t been the same as before, it’s gotten much worse. The quesadilla is often dry and overcooked, and the three toppings are added in very small amounts. The food is sometimes very sour.

My order came perfectly packaged! The quesadilla was still hot and the guac was indeed fresh! I also recieved napkins and utincils.

This location is terrible. I bought a $20 bowl and it was 3/4 of the way full. The rice and chips are always stale. Do not order from this location.

Rice has no cilantro or lime it's legit like microwaved white rice. Beans filled up only 1/4 the way.

Today I ordered one of your standard dishes, which usually includes chicken and rice. However, this time both of these ingredients were missing. Additionally, the portion was 2/3 smaller than usual. I order from you regularly, but this quality is very disappointing, especially when I’m relying on a full meal during my break.
I kindly ask you to review this incident and provide a resolution, as this seriously undermines trust in your service.
