The Burrito was ill wrapped and the guac inside was brown. I probably wouldn't order the burrito here if you like extra proteins like me. Other locations do a better job folding, but at least they loaded it up. 3 stars

I ordered a chicken burrito with guacamole and cilantro lime sauce. I am not a big fan of extra spicy food, and in the past this combination was just fine. I had a friend over for lunch and shared my burrito with him. We were both unable to eat it because it was extremely, and I mean extremely, spicy. The chicken had very visible chili powder in it, and the guacamole was packed with jalapenos. He said he would never eat there again. I'm going to give it another try, but I really hope that the spices are toned down the next time.

Rice is mushy and stuck together. I had maybe 3 pieces of chicken. I have more than half my bowl left and it's all rice and beans. The guac was poorly thrown together with huge pieces of cilantro. Unappealing. Unappetizing.

My large guacamole was brown and the chips were stale. Since when are fajita veggies raw? Also, after spending more than $40 for a burrito bowl and guacamole & chips I thought I'd get a napkin and fork too.

I couldn't believe that there were two avocado stems in my burrito and one in my guacamole. I know my food is fresh, but, that hurt my tooth. In over 50 plus years, I've never had an avocado stem in my food from a restaurant. My burrito was also rolled super tightly, which made biting it difficult because of the compacted layers of tortilla in the corners. That also made it look quite small. It looked about a third smaller than of a regular sized burrito.
