I rarely have any issues, "in store" but this time I had my bowl delivered. The lettuce looked old, and had holes in them, barely any meat(I asked for 1/2 beef 1/2 steak) paid extra for meat. So dissatisfied.

This is my favorite place. The only downside is when you order on the app there's a lot of times they don't fill the bowls up very well and really cheap you out. But when you get a regular meal, it's fantastic.

The rice in my bowl is hard/ not cooked. It's harder than the tortilla chip. The sauce is too hot. I order a veggie only bowl so I basically paid $20 for lettuce and sour cream.

Honestly really upset with my bowl. It was almost $22 and this is what I get. Basically a bowl of meat, literally no rice. I think this is my last straw with chipotle and will not be getting it anytime soon if this is what I can expect for a $22 Burrito Bowl.

Tomatoes were almost clear, not fresh, barely any chicken. Waste of money.
