I think the employees thought this was funny to add half an avocado that is not ripe in to a burrito and another into the burrito bowl. If this was your meal that you ordered you would be upset too. As someone who used to work in the food industry this is so disappointing.

The burritos the last few months have been so good. Reminds me of my experiences when Chipotle had started decades ago. The chips though, they always taste burnt, these had always been a favorite, that salty lime taste, crunchy chip, so fresh. I keep ordering and getting disappointed, thinking it is just a fluke. Maybe evenings are the issue. IDK

The tacos were practically empty, maybe 1/2 scoop of chicken, barely any cheese and a drop of sour cream

They chips are stale, the queso is old and pudding like despite being hot, Quesadilla sloppy and oily
