The chips were both undercooked and stale. The burrito was 80% rice. I had to search to find a few beans, salsa, sour cream. I used to work at Chipotle during college. This was not the quality Chipotle is known for.

I ordered a burrito bowl, but the order was incomplete as the queso, protein, and fajita vegetables were missing. The bowl contained rice, beans, sour cream, and lettuce. Additionally, the side of El Pastor appeared to be burnt. I paid $27, which only covered half a meal. It is important for Chipotle to improve their service quality and ensure staff are attentive to order details.

I ordered a Burrito Bowl with chicken and had maybe three pieces of chicken for the entire bowl. I ordered a side of chips and Chips & Queso Blanco and it was cold and tasted old. It was not creamy like normal.

Burrito Bowl -Had a hard time finding Carnitas in my burrito bowl. Only about a teaspoon of sour cream. With two salsas, burrito was quite dry.

The quesadilla is always phenom. I get a side of rice to make it more filling and the hot salsa always slaps.
