• 6/22/26Normally, our food from Chipotle taste pretty good but this time sour cream was smeared outside of my bowl so the bowl itself was dry. The rice tasted undercooked, and there was barely any of the veggies and chicken which was burned. The pinto beans looked more like refried beans. The foil around the burrito was partially opened. Hopefully this was just a one off.

• 11/12/25Ordered a veggie bowl with guacamole and a bag of chips. This is my regular order so I was expecting it to be the same, like it is every time I order. However, the guacamole was brown, there was the incorrect salsa added and the romaine lettuce was wilted, was old, like it had been sitting out for a while. Not to mention the chips, there were literally 7 in the bag. Definitely would not order late again.

• 2/3/25I got a Burrito Bowl with chicken but for some reason there was only like 4 pieces of chicken. Also there was a pool of some type of liquid at the bottom and the rice feels very mishyso im assuming the rice was not cooked properly.

• 4/22/25This is the worst chipotle. I got 3 pieces of meat in my bowl. Seems to be the normal for this location. Was hyped when they were opening but it's terrible! Staff has poor service, quality is terrible, portions are bad. Go somewhere else! There's another chipotle in university thats way better than this location. Seems everyone i having the same issues

• 12/2/25Burrito Bowl Side of Red Chimichurri - Burrito bowl was ice cold as if it had been sitting around for a while & Carne Asada meat was very tough. Did not receive the side of red chimichurri. This Chipotle location always has issues.
