Made exactly to order for my picky kiddo. Beans, cheese only; and sour cream. Guac was stored separately, as was the honey balsamic. Very generous amount of cheese inside of Quesadilla. Perfectly made. Hit upon arrival.

Today marks my 4th issue I've had with this store. This time they sent the quesadilla in a container for a bowl.... with none of the sides. The quesadilla had 4 pieces of chicken in it.... never had this problem with other chipotle's

My bowl was practically empty and my guac was black. After paying $22+ I think that’s unacceptable. As a night shift nurse it’s rather frustrating to receive, normally I wouldn’t ever order chipotle online d/t this exact reason

This was the worst food I've ever received from chipotle. I paid extra for double chicken and there was definitely not double chicken. There was barely any rice and it looked like the bowl was only a quarter of the way filled with food. The chips had no crunch and tasted like they had been sitting out for a week. The guacamole had no salt whatsoever and was very bland. I've gotten good meals from here before so maybe it was just a bad day for them. However, after this meal, I will only be going in store to see what's actually being put in my bowl (or what isn't).

the kids Kid's Quesadilla was so slimy and wet. hardly any sour cream with my Quesadilla, the Burrito Bowl we got was half the amount it should have been. the cheese Quesadilla look like it was made by a 2 year oldand thrown across a room before put into the to go container. all of the rice was clumped together dry as a bone.
absolutely awful. I had to make my kids a different dinner because this was a train wreck. a waste of $60.
my dasher mentioned how incredibly rude the staff was to her and stated, "you have no idea what I went through to get this to you."
unacceptable. I won't be ordering again.
