Queso was gritty and rubbery- not edible despite me trying to heat it up.
The burrito bowl was half filled- the rice was crunchy and only coated the bottom of the bowl, the steak was all fatty ends- inedible. There were barely any toppings except black beans.
The chicken bowl is the same issue- half filled, dry chicken.

I am sad that the chips are burnt this time and the bowl has smaller than normal portions. But the Side of Red Chimichurri sauce is awesome ! I love Chipotle. And will order again hoping for better chips :)

they never put a full amount of rice in the bowls, I'm very disappointed with how little amount of rice I get for the price I'm paying. also I got the honey chipotle chicken and the portions was way off as well. other that, the flavor was good an the chips wasnice and crispy

the burrito bowl had barely any rice and only a few scraps of meat. the burrito rice was undercooked and crunchy, there was hardly any chicken, and it was gristly. it was clear that they were close to closing and just throwing orders together

Pretty slim on the portion size vs when you go in person. The Side of Adobo Ranch was so minimal... for the uncharge, I'd expect at least 1/2 of a container full.
