The rice was just plain dry white rice. Someone forgot to season it. They forgot my guac and only put a dab of salsa. First time I've ever had a poor quality order from chipotle. I'll probably order again, but only in person.

I've been consistently going to this Chipotle since it opened and have not been disappointed with the food or the service. Obviously, there were a few bumps in the road initially but I can honestly say that they got up to speed faster than I expected. Most jobs give you 90 days probation to learn and get up to speed, right? Thank you for consistently working to improve!

I ordered Carnitas and rice, two ingredients.
The order came wrong two times, they finally got it right on the third time. They kept giving me Sofritas the fake meat, instead of Carnitas. This one burrito bowl ended up costing me almost $40 with the tips.

They did not pack the food well. I have cheese over every container. Why would you pack food that way?
