So glad the carne asada protein option is back, it was very tender and I got a neat tightly packed burrito which I did opt to be double wrapped to keep the loaded burrito which I got almost every option on, stable and not just fall apart. It was a very good burrito.

The chips and guacamole were awful. Chips were stale/chewy and over salted. Guacamole was a pile of unchopped cilantro and chunks of onion. Today's chef was not cheffing. Tends to be the case often at the Balltown Rd location.

Got a beef barbocoa bowl. The rice was half cooked mainly hard pieces of rice. The vegetables are no longer fresh there they are dry and tasteless. Spent over $30 and got 3 pieces of beef and 1 of those pieces was just fat. There's no reason to order from Chipotle. Make your bowls at home cheaper and way fresher. Beef felt like I was eating jerky from how dry it was. Luckily the only thing that wasn't dry in the bowl was the sour cream.

it looked like someone had eaten out of it. rice was hard and was barely any meat or cheese in it.. couldn't even eat it. called store said they would refund me

There is barley any guac and I paid 3 dollars extra for it. Without it I can't really eat my bowl it makes it taste weird. I would only order if they stop adding half a scoop of guac to my bowls, it should cover all the ingredients just like the chicken, beans lettuce and queso.
