The Burrito Bowl was very disappointing. Part of the rice was under cooked and part overcooked. Had a crazy combination, still trying to figure it out. This is the 3rd time there was a problem. I love the store but do think it's time to try a new establishment

Ordered chipotle for my wife and I and both our orders had nothing but rice and 5-6 pieces of chicken/steak in it. Rice was hard and undercooked. Basically a rice bowl and a rice burrito. Horrible.

I've been getting the Burrito Bowl at this location for a while now. Ordered it today and I was extremely disappointed. The rice was hard, the food was cold, there was barely any chicken and the little bit I did get was flavorless. Extremely dissatisfied.

Burrito Bowl was $23 and was the skimpiest thing ever. Barely any rice, no extra meat, no fajita veggies and it was cold as if it was sitting for quite some time which had nothing to do with my dasher since he was fast.

The food was so bland and had a bunch of rice and black beans more than anything else. I tried to put it in a tortilla to see if it would be fine altogether but it wasn't good. Not ordering again not just from this chipotle but from any. I personally never been a fan!
