Side of Queso Blanco was bland didn't have much of a taste other than it being spicy and it was very clumpy also no napkins were in the bag the side order of chips was just that very small serving àmount

For over $4.65 got about a handful of chips not even half bag. Not worth it plus they were stale. The carnitas burrito good but hardly and meat mostly rice. The steak taco good but not worth 3.45. If going to pay these prices should see value in food given for the price. Chips and guacamole was ridiculous for that price.

Well I ordered the steak Burrito Bowl bowl 2 of them, ive ordered the samething from the store on Frank Blvd in Uniontown and Howe Ave in Cuyahoga falls, i order them the exact same way every time,from this store the portion was portion was half what I normally get from the other 2 places, but was charged the same!

Chips were over cooked and a darker tan color that did not taste burnt but DID taste extremely over cooked. The tacos we not chicken, I think they were the Al pastor, very spicy. The tortillas had a rancid taste as if they were old. I was disappointed since you typically know what to expect at Chipotle which is normally consistent.

Absolutely horrible. They didn't even fill up the bowl a THIRD of the way, also there was so much liquid from the beans everything was soggy. The burrito was extremely small as well. This store is terrible when it comes to online orders.
