The bowl was not very full, they hardly gave any rice, they hardly gave any chips, and the guacamole had no flavor. I've had Chipotle many times and it's never been this bad.

The steak was of poor quality and very tough. Overall, the burrito was not fresh. It wasn't just that it was lukewarm (which I am used to), but that everything, including the chips, tasted 1-2 days old

our Burrito Bowls were absolutely fresh and tasty! I had the Carnitas and hubby had the chicken and steak. He was not a fan of the steak (too chewy), but the chicken was great.

chipotles portion size goes down every time i order it. got a rice bowl and it didn't even fill half the container! if i'm paying over $10 for a bowl, i would expect to receive a good portion size! the same with the burrito!! so ridiculous!!

burrito was just so dry compared to me ordering it in person and the rice was still not cooked apparently cause it was hard
