I hadn't had chipotle in maybe 8 years. I've totally been missing out. The chicken and beef Burrito was packed to the max with great portions of both meats, veggies and other toppings. Veggies had a very good fresh taste. The customer service during pick up was was excellent as well. I will def start back ordering often.

My burrito bowl and burrito were both sooo delicious! This location followed my instructions for each item. That's so important to me! Both items were PACKED with fresh and delicious ingredients!! Thanks so much!

The Large Chips were stale, not much steak in the bowl, the large cheese and guacamole side weren't very large, the container bottom is almost half the way up, very deceiving just by looking at it.

Not sure why it happened this time since we've ordered before and not had this exact problem, but the burrito arrived exposed, the bowl looked beat up, and the bowl and chips were half filled.
The bag says promised at 8:50, so it took 30-40 minutes to arrive despite me paying for the "Direct to you" option.
