Burrito was big and I couldn't eat it all so I saved the rest for later. Burrito was a little spicy but I have a low spice tolerance so this does not count against chipotle.
Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco sauce is a little thick I'm used to thin cheese sauce so it's ok not the worst. I still ate it. Overall it was pretty good and I would order it again.

I received my bowl with less than half of the ingredients that I ordered. Upon requesting a refund for this bowl and getting help, I got less than $4 for a bowl I will not eat. The food did not seem fresh and the lack of ingredients was disappointing. Do better.

I have ordered a few times and had issues every time. Every time I order my burrito with extra chicken but the burrito comes with very little chicken on it. The chips this time were undercooked and not edible. Overall poor quality food and service.

Waste of money. Everything was stale, the chips and the taco shells. Also, charging that much for chips & queso and then giving a barely half full queso is a rip off.

I had a burrito bowl, queso, and chips. Chips were very stale and only received 1/2 bag. Queso tasted old, like it had been sitting for several hours. Burrito bowl wasn't much better, rice was chewy and hard, and the ingredients did not taste fresh.
