burritos from here have been a comfort food of mine since I was a kid; I always order the same thing and rarely have any issue. however, the employee who constructed my barbacoa Burrito this time seems to need a little more training or something.
first, they clearly don't understand the point of double-wrapping -- the tortillas were both there, but stacked exactly instead of overlapping to improve coverage, so the whole thing still fell apart rapidly as I ate, and despite my best efforts, made a huge mess. (They would have torn if I had tried to separate them and re-wrap it myself -- I know from experience)
second, the ingredient proportions and distribution were disastrous. the whole thing was like, 65% rice, 15% barbacoa, 10% guac, 5% lettuce, and 5% sour cream. I'm not convinced that any of the 3 salsas were in there at all. To make matters worse, nothing was mixed together well or even reasonably layered. Think "dear guy who just made my burrito" reddit rant from 2013.

Delicious!! Double wrap was still a little messy, but only because it was a little overstuffed. better by far than my orders have been these last 6 months. excited that it might be worth it to start ordering more regularly again!

I ordered a bowl. 1 full scoop of beans, 3 pieces of chicken (I counted), a small pinch of veggies barely covered the bottom of the bowl. I paid $17 for a few bites of food. I'm still hungry because it was literally a few bites.

Burrito and Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco. this was my order. the burrito was good. but im disappointed in the chips and Queso dip. first off, I ordered a Large! there is a 4$ price difference between regular and Large. but there isn't much difference between the serving size. a Large should be a minimum of 8 ounces of dip and a family size bag of ships, for the costs of 11$ plus tax. also. the Queso dip was cold. and the chips were stale. I have a Large dog. he eats everything. he refused to eat the chips and Queso. that's not a good sign. I like the burrito. but im very disappointed about the Queso and chips. especially since that was the reason I choose this restaurant.
