I paid $20 for a burrito that was missing half of the ingredients I ordered. I didn't get the salsa, sour cream or cheese that I requested. This made for a bland burrito. I would not order from this location if you want your meal made to order.

The Sofrito's burrito and the burrito bowl had undercooked rice. The rice was so hard. There was no salsa or sour cream on my burrito bowl either and I ordered it with those two condiments. I also ordered chips and guac and was told it was unavailable. I'm so disappointed in my order considering it cost 46$ for a burrito and a bowl.

order was missing items no fresh tomatoes stuffed full of rice with sr cream lettuce tossed over top, chips were burnt tasting loaded with salt all broken small pieces

They always give me a little food when i order but when i got there in person they but alotand they only give me a little corn and my tomatos. And it taste like burnt and no seasoning.

Queso Blanco container was at half not almost full. For 5-6$ I expect the right portion I paid for. and the chip were soggy for some reason
