Ordered chicken and carnitas, I literally had three pieces of chicken and one piece of Carnita. Big chunks of salt in the rice, large amount of sour cream and was missing the lettuce  The chips and guac were missing.

The girl making the quesadilla was very nice and made my order immediately but the quesadilla was extremely tiny and barley had any cheese. It definitely was not worth the $11

I ordered a chicken Burrito Bowl and got my 3 1/2 yo son a chicken and cheese Kid's Quesadilla. When I took a few bites, I thought wow something in here is very spicy. Then all of a sudden he starts crying really loud. we thought maybe he bit his tongue or cheek. He wasn't saying anything, his mouth was just open and he was bawling. finally he said Spicy. I took a bite of his chicken and it was so spicy!! Then I tried a piece of my chicken and that's what was so spicy. It tasted like they dumped all the seasoning on it, or maybe the wrong seasoning. we've had this a couple times, same Kid's Quesadilla and Burrito Bowl both with chicken, never ever had the chicken been spicy before.

Chips are burnt and inedible. Missing ingredients in my burrito and sides. Chicken was fatty. Mild salsa was bland and tasted off. This chipotle is the worst every time, i only from here because i wanted chipotle and the other ones weren't open..

The Keithadilla was so hard and burnt. There was barely any steak or cheese , no vinaigrette . My daughters kids meal chicken was burnt . Very poor food quality
