I paid almost $4 for guacamole and there is hardly any on here compared to the usual amount that is always put on. The fajita vegetables are not cooked. I'm so disappointed after I order the same thing every time. Not as good as usual. At all

Something is off about this Burrito Bowl. I usually have great experiences but I'm tasting flavors I've never tasted. Not necessarily bad flavor but so unexpected that my toddler spit it out and said ew when he goes crazy about chipotle. Also another turn off was the steak in here. The first 4 bites I took were inedible. Tough, chewy or out right hard pieces of meat I had to spit out. Disappointed this time around but it's usually good

Once again,where is the chicken in either of my items? What I was given was a poorly wrapped Burrito with no exaggeration, 3 bits of chicken. Could have found all the Waldos in the book before I came across the bits of chicken amongst the piles of rice and sour cream on one side and the rice and the pitiful amount of beans on the other. Could have been forgiven with time, if the Burrito Bowl had the missing chicken, but alas the same story there, disappointment and renewed distrust. Who keeps doing this and why? If you are craving a good Chipotle meal, unless you want to be charged the chicken and bean price to get mainly and vaguely lime flavored rice, wait until you can find one that is not this restaurant. The quantity provided by this rest was half compared to ordering in person. I added more chicken ($4.50 extra) and received 11 small pieces of chicken. Horrible value.

I got a chicken al pastor bowl with my usual toppings and guac. all the chicken was burnt and salty and also i didnt get any guac in my bowl that i also had to pay extra for. they packaged it poorly, the bottom was soggy and it was dripping. i was extremely disappointed because i was really hungry after a workout
