The Burrito we use to order was never that small, the portion was terrible for the price! My husband basically said it was a snack that's how small it was. My burrito bowl portion was terrible too. Also my box came smushed.

The ingredients I ordered for all three soft tacos were so inconsistent. The first one had hardly any sour cream... The second, hardly any chicken, but a huge amount of sour cream... the third, just a tiny pinch of cheese, and maybe one shred of lettuce, with a huge amount chicken.

Very different from when you order in store & can watch the item be made. Very small portioning for what I paid. I had maybe 3/4 pieces of lettuce in my entire bowl & hardly any rice. But plenty of sour cream & queso. Pretty disappointed & most likely won't be ordering again.

The Chips & Queso Blanco "cheese" was grainy (strange texture) and the small container was only filled about half way.
The Quesadilla is surprisingly small.. about half of what I expected to get. Not the full size you get in-store. The 3 side 'condiments' were quite large amount for the small-ish amount of food. Otherwise, the taste was good.

Ordered the kids meal, got 1 tortilla out of 2, the pollo asado was dry and the cheese was missing. Also got stale chips with air bubbles filled with oil. The label used to close the bag of my order was not closed.
