• 3/25/26My burrito bowl had very little in it and even less barbacoa, the chips which i normally love were over fried and had that greasy overcooked texture. I am not sure why my orders are always sent to New Castle when Hermitage is the same distance. I have never had an issue in the Hermitage location.

• 7/8/24the food was horrible. I only ate a few bites and threw it away. the guacamole was brown and did not taste good. the black beans were overcooked and the chicken tasted burnt. I have eaten at a lot of Chipotle restaurants and this one was awful!!

• 5/12/26the Burrito wa a disgrace. asked for double steakgot 5 piece. the size of it couldn't fill my 8ear Olds appetite... chips were staleand disgusting.

• 10/27/24Food was cold, and very little taste. it was messy and fell apart when unwrapped.
Brisket tacos had very very small portion of brisket Three Tacos
We were disappointed,. we have enjoyed this restaurant previously.

• 6/14/25order the same thing at least 3-5 times a week there getting worse for 20 dollars this bowl was bad the only extras was the rice so disappointed
