I immediately knew something was off the moment I picked up the bag. I ordered a double barbacoa bowl and chips, I got a collective 10 chips that were too salty to eat, literally had to spit them out, and the bowl was ice cold with the smallest portion of rice and meat I have ever seen from this place, and the fajitas were so burnt that some bites were completely blackened. I won't be eating here ever again.

I ordered double meat and got none. A $24 bowl with about a cup of food. COLD and STALE chips. Very disappointing for Chipotle.

My burrito bowl was very poorly made. Two spoon fulls of rice,a scoop of chicken and sour cream and cheese. Not worth $12 plus taxes. You can't even ask for extra rice and rice is dirt cheap! Very sad Chipotle!

Barely a scoop of rice, I ordered the barbacoa and it was a big clump of meat with a big ole clump of fat in it and that was all the meat in my bowl.The last couple of times that I've ordered have been of poor quality.
