I got the pit sampler. The four different meats were interesting. I was not a fan of the sausage, but the brisket was outstanding. I'm used to ribs that fall off the bone, these were fairly solid. They were chewing ribs. The sauces were good. I think I like the sweeter of the two. It was a little darker and had great flavor.
The baked beans were ok, not very sweet, had kind of a chili taste/texture.
I ordered chop slaw but got potato salad. It was ok, not really impressed.

• 12/23/23Not impressed with this bbq or its service - I expect the meat to be falling off the bone and the fat to melt in your mouth. Very disappointed.
