A+ staff!! Their burgers are incredibly delicious and the fries are always perfectly crispy :))

The burger pattie was thin; overcooked almost burnt; and the lettuce was not fresh. Disappointed.

The French Fries are good and not very salty; if at all. They do smell slightly like Onion so they might be cooked in the same oil as the Onion Rings. Sweet Potato fries are also good, the outside is crunchy but the inside is soft. the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger had a dry patty but the bacon seemed to be freshly made

i really like cloud 9's but they used to have fries on the side with the burger, and now they don't. so in my eyes now it's not worth it for the price, like you are paying for a bacon cheeseburger for $17 with no sides at all so i don't think i'd order again. super unfortunate because i do like the taste of cloud 9's stuff

disappointing. was charged over 3 dollars for one tomato slice and a piece of lettuce, and the fries were hard and overcooked. They were also beer battered style, and nothing like the photo.
