• 11/29/24Young lady serving did well. The flavor of my actual pick up choose your own creat was not what I hoped for. I think there was less of ingredient so it did not taste as hoped for especially for price. However, Coldstone has good quality so it was still good ice cream even though not what I had a taste for.

• 4/17/24Beware. I have ordered from here a few times and never had issues, but last night I ordered and when the driver arrived, they were told online ordering was down although DD said store confirmed the order. By that time it was too late to order from somewhere else. Thankfully I got my refund, so tonight I was still just craving Cold Stone. When I ordered it said it should only take 30 ish minutes, it ended up taking over an hour. The driver messaged me when they arrived to say there was a long line. I get some delay but not that much. When I FINALLY get my order they made the wrong size for my creation, and the Chocolate Devotion® was super small. The ice cream should be up in the dome of the lid almost touching if not completely in touch with the lid and barely able to close it. As I said, I have ordered before both in person and via DoorDash and this is the only time I had this issue. The pictures show how the ice cream should be in the lid in the smaller one.

• 6/3/22There were absolutely no Oreos or fudge in the Oreo cup. I paid for extra fudge and of course didn't get it. I guess I will have to stick with my normal selection.
