The portion was pathetic. When you pay for the large, you should get the large. Instead, it was barely a medium and a large container. The amount didn't even come over the lip of the container. Furthermore, the texture and the consistency looked like they were thrown together with something before closing time. The ice cream equivalent of old fries that have been dropped in the oil 30 times. This place has been so inconsistent the last couple years. I don't think we'll order from here again because the value is just not there. $10 for an ice cream? It should at least be the size you bought.

It seems the last 3-4 times Ive come here, my container is only half full and they either have made me the completely wrong thing or have skipped out on toppings that I asked for. It feels like a huge waste of money when its $10 and I only get half of what I order

We ordered Love It with a waffle cone and they put our ice cream in a Like It size cup. This was intentional as they gave us a separate Love It size cup with the waffle cone in it completely uncovered in an unsealed bag. Rip off and unsanitary.

Ice cream fantastic as always but it's not great when you pay a premium for ice cream and the container isn't full. This order in particular was missing about a cup of ice cream off the top.
