• 11/8/25Frequently the ice cream from this store tastes like ice. Like old ice cream: unfortunately is nearest location from me, but this location is not up to the standards of others. I pay double for this ice cream because of the fees etc. Not worth it if the taste is bad

• 12/13/25Ice cream keeps tasting like ice and they frequently don't mix the ingredients.
This cold stone store needs to have an inspection and training. Paying 30usd to get delivered a 10usd ice cream that it tastes bad and is not even mixed is a scam. It isn't the first time but as it is the closest one to deliver to me I decided to give it another shot. But it is not worth the money.

• 5/3/26It was terrible. The ice cream was melted and the flavor fully bland and way too sugary. The portion was incredibly small too although I picked medium!!! I would never order again.
