The icecream was filled to the complete top with no space of the lid empty, my jaw was dropped.

• 4/23/26I'm so disappointed with cold stone tonight. I ordered a gotta have it (large) mud pie mojo which came in a small cup with chocolate ice cream ONLY which doesn't even come in that selection and I also ordered a gotta have it mint mint chocolate chocolate chip and it came with just plain mint ice cream and it looked like somebody had taken a big bite out of it. On both items I ordered there were none of the add-ons that should come with those flavors. This is absolutely unacceptable as it is not even close to what I paid for. I'm not even sure how you can make that big of a mistake. I normally love cold stones and wouldn't complain for a little error, but this is a big error.

• 4/28/26The size of the "love it" cup was so small it made me think the "like it" version would maybe be a shot glass size. Couldn't believewe spent the amount of money we did on not even a full scoop of ice cream.

• 5/9/26ordered 4 item, 2 wereto be waffle bowls. did not receivery waffle bowls. 1 item Create Your Own Creation had a "like it"bowl inside the"love it" bowl. Received the wrong sizes for the wrong items.
