• 3/1/22Ice cream was almost completely melted once delivered. For $7 for each tiny scoop, they could have at least tried to insulate it a little better. Arrived in a paper bag in paper containers. I'll just stick with sub zero.

• 11/14/25This is the first time I've been unhappy with what I ordered. And I ordered this a lot. The caramel one didn't have any of the flavors except for the vanilla ice cream. It was like I ordered a Carmel melody with chocolate and the world and got a tub of vanilla. If I wanted that, I would just run to the grocery store and grab a tub of vanilla for far less the cost of what this cost me. The mint chocolate chip as well very lackluster

• 5/30/26Their ice cream is good. I love their new flavors they release every now and then, AND I feel like their portions are worth the price. I would definitely order from here again!

• 5/1/22The container was so full the top was not even closed. The driver dropped it on the porch floor the carton tipped over the top came off the ice cream was soft during travel so it was spilling out. It was a mess. The ice cream was good.

• 5/30/22Definitely not worth the money. Waffle cones were stale, serving size were small and the extras added in were maybe a pinch and not worth the up charges. This was a joke for the amount of money spent.
