• 5/27/26This is usually the perfect treat. But this waffle cone was stale and the ice cream was mostly melted. The order was delivered quickly by the Dasher so unless they transported it on the engine block, it was mostly melted when they picked it up.

• 11/16/24The carrier did not check the order and we did not receive my husband's birthday ice cream cookies.
The packed pint was absent of over one-third of ice cream. This has happened multiple times with this store. Very unimpressed.

• 12/20/25The reason I'm giving this a thumbs down because I ordered an I love it size but was sent a slightly overflowing I like it scoop size but in an a I love it container. I love cold stone but if I pay for an I love it size GIVE ME AN I LOVE IT SIZE SCOOP. Other than this mishap everything was amazing

• 7/6/26The amount of mix-ins was tiny and was left on top , so there was nothing in the rest of the ice cream. If I'm spending $44 for two items, I should expect much better quality and a LOT less laziness

• 1/25/23First time buying pre-packed quarts (two) and they were delivered perfectly. Nothing was melted or crystallized. Will order again!
