• 6/11/26Create your own Sundae was just awful! It arrived wrapped in plastic, which is going to obviously keep it hot! Not cool!
It was half melted like a scoop or less, with zero flavor. Zero caramel as well! Absolute waste. First time and last time with Coldstone! Huge disappointment! For over $40 dollars for this and one for my sister. They lost what would have been a good customer!

• 7/27/26I was really disappointed with this order. The ice cream itself tasted fine, but the portion size was much smaller than expected. I paid approximately $12 for a single serving, and the cup I received did not feel like it reflected the price. I ordered two, which came to about $25 before fees, and the overall value just wasn’t there.
I’m not trying to complain about the cost itself—I understand premium ice cream can be expensive—but I do expect the portion size to match the price. Unfortunately, this order did not meet those expectations, and I feel the value was significantly below what was advertised. I would appreciate if DoorDash could review this order and consider providing a refund or credit.

• 8/2/26Didn't have the flavor I ordered so they just sent me a small cup of plain chocolate. Did not reach out to me or inform my dasher the order was not available or ask for an alternative . Previous orders have routinely been wrong

• 11/11/25I ordered something and received something totally different. My order was cake batter with red velvet add in and sprinkles not a difficult order . The ice cream seemed like it was left in a freezer with no top on it . Ended up throwing it out it was awful. I wouldn't order from 6401 Jericho anymore , also the portion sizes were not worth the cost
