The containers were filled to the brim. Even though it was peek rush hour, the ice cream was barely melted when it arrived which I don't think many can claim. It was incredibly delicious, like always. My favorite ice cream place, I will never stop ordering from here.

The store forgot to put our 2 plain waffle bowls in our order. The ice cream itself and portions was good but would have been better with the waffle bowls. Next time I will order and pick up myself to ensure everything is correct.

I was supposed to get a Cookie Doughn't You Want Some® + add in yellow cake. They sent me just the yellow cake part not the Cookie Doughn't You Want Some® part. Ice cream is expensive. Sad day.

I would not choose the "chocolate shavings" again to add to the sundae.They were like little pieces of wax! They did not melt at all, so I had to allow each mouthful of ice cream melt so I could throw away the little pieces of waxy chocolate. : (
