First time ordering and sadly will be our Last! Ice Cream was Soft and Runny while Strawberries were Frozen SOLID as Rocks. Extremely disappointed. Ordered through Doordash and he picked order up and delivered quickly. Definitely a Restaurant Issue, and a BAD one. Incorrect Food Temperature is a Health Department Issue! This is Ice Cream! Ice Cream is still Frozen, Correct? Come on Cold Stone! Schwan's delivers and THEIRS is Frozen Solid! And my Waffle Cone? Just THRIWN into the plastic bag without protection! No, No, No.

Creamy, there was no coffee flavor what-so-ever ... All I could taste was the sugar from the toffee and the caramel: Will never purchase again

I got the Chocolate Devotion® it was really good but they messed up the Cheesecake Fantasy® they gave me a different ice cream. This ice cream had bananas for some reason.

I love me some ice cream ,sadly, this is the second time I've ordered and both times they don't put my chocolate chips in... I order the same always... mint ice cream w chocolate chips and gummy bears
