Regularly leaves the cover off of the opening on lids. It makes it feel unsafe to drink knowing it was exposed in a strangers car.

never been to one in person without waiting at least 20 minutes for an overpriced half ice beverage. it will be melted by the time you get it if iced. stale ingredients in food items.

This particular Colectivo seems to regularly have issues, including stale baked goods and forgetting items.
